Our Terms of Service

 

By using our website or booking our services, you are doing so in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. Any orders placed with us will be bound by these.

We reserve the right to amend any part of our website without notification. By entering our website you accept any changes that have been made to our Terms & Conditions.

 

 

Indemnity

Why Be Stressed does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from the purchase of our massages, and you fully agree to indemnify Why Be Stressed from any such action as a condition of your purchase.

A contract between the purchaser and Why Be Stressed occurs once a massage booking has been made. You will receive a  reminder before massage day

 

 

Product Description

Each massage sold is done so according to the massage description that appears on the website.We have endeavour to ensure that all availability and prices are correct. However, due to unforeseen circumstances there may be a variance at the time of placing your order.

 

 

Payment

Prices listed on our website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Prices exclude GST (goods and services tax).

Unless we quote you for a fixed fee or advise you of a specific rate, we will charge for consultancy work on the basis of our hourly rate (plus GST) as advertised on the Website.

We understand that things change last minute if we are booked for a fixed length of time but due to low booking numbers our therapist finishes early. We will deduct our bill accordingly but at no greater than 1 hour less than the expected booking.

When parking cannot be provided by you this may be on-charged to you at no more than $8.00 per vehicle per hour that we are onsite with you.

 

Payment of our invoices shall be made within 14 days by direct credit to our nominated bank account.

Late payment of invoices shall attract interest at the rate of 10% p.a. calculated on a daily basis. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend work in the event that an invoice remains unpaid.

Where our invoices are not paid within 30 days of the due date, we reserve the right to engage a debt collection agency to recover those fees from you and you shall be liable for any collection costs, legal costs, or other costs incurred in addition to interest and the invoice amount.

Our E-Commerce Services are provided through a secure website using SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. However, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never entirely secure or private, and that any message or information you send to or through the Website (including credit card information) may be read or intercepted by others, even where a Website is stated as being secure. Neither we nor PAYPAL shall have any liability for the interception or ‘hacking’ of data through the Website by unauthorised third parties

You agree not to use our E-Commerce Services for any improper, injurious, offensive or unlawful purpose.

 

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Workplace massage bookings over three hours long with more than one massage therapists requires 14 days notice of cancellation or a 30% fee will be incurred, cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% fee, cancellations within 24 hours incur a 100% fee.

For shorter bookings of one massage therapist we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time will be charged a 50% fee. Cancellations within 12 hours of session start time are not refundable as we have saved this appointment especially for you.

 

Privacy

We use a payment gateway operated by PAYPAL.  They will also collect information about you (including information about transactions processed by you) from time to time through the Website. Any such information collected shall be treated in accordance with the PAYPAL Privacy policy

 

Special offers & discounts

To be eligible for any advertised discount you must book a 2 hour or longer session.
You cannot be an existing client of Why Be Stressed. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis for companies with multiple locations or separate departments.
We reserve the right to decline bookings due to service constraints including but not limited to client location and business hours.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
